FARMINGTON — Jared is a neutered male kitten, about 5 months old. He came to the Franklin County Animal Shelter a few weeks ago with his mom and sister.

Jared’s favorite hobbies are to run and play with toys, wrestle with his sister and get as much attention as he can, said the staff. He has had his vaccines and flea treatment and is ready to find his forever home.

His sister, Kays, and mother, Lia Sophia, are also at the shelter and ready to find homes.

New dogs at the shelter include a male terrier mix from Jay, a male hound mix from Jay and a female shepherd mix from Salem.
