BRIDGTON — Loon Echo Land Trust’s 10th annual Hike n’ Bike Trek will be held on Saturday, Sept. 18. Participants can register solo or as part of a team.

Those who register before July 31 will get $10 off the registration fee.

The hike will feature a 6.2 mile hike over Pleasant Mountain, located in Bridgton and Denmark, with views of western Maine and the Mount Washington Valley.

The biking options include a 25-, 50- or 100-mile trek. A party, with a barbecue and music, will follow.

The Hike n’ Bike Trek is the primary fundraising event for the Loon Echo Land Trust, which protects and conserves land in the northern Sebago Lake region of Maine. There will be prizes for top fundraisers.
