TURNER — SAD 52 Adult and Community Education will offer the following classes:
Vision Boarding will begin Tuesday, July 27. Using the rules of the “law of attraction” and “the Secret,” participants will learn how to use a tool called Vision Boarding to attract things they want into their lives.
Crystals and Chakras is a one-time class to be held Tuesday, July 27, at Greene Central School and again on Wednesday, Aug. 4, at Leavitt Area High School. Attendees will learn about their chakra system and how to use the healing ability of crystals to promote balance and well-being. Participants should bring a chair, mat or pillow.
Chakra Clearing with Crystal Bowls will take place on Wednesday, July 28, at Leavitt Area High School and again on Tuesday, Aug. 3, at Greene Central School. The one-night class is a guided meditation accompanied by the symphony of crystal singing bowls that will help to release stress and balance the body and emotions. Participants should bring a chair, mat or pillow.
