On Thursday, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Houlton Border Patrol Sector held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Rangeley Border Patrol Station, located at 224 Stratton Road in Dallas Plantation. The state-of-the-art, 23,969-square-foot facility sits on seven acres just outside of the center of Rangeley. Members of the U.S Border Patrol, Maine State Police and many other law enforcement agents as well as representatives from Sens. Snowe, Collins, and Rep. Michaud’s office attended the ceremony that included tours of the new building and grounds. Shown here is the Presentation of Colors by the Honor Guard, U.S. Border Patrol.
