PARIS — Storyteller and puppeteer Martha Dana will bring her magical creatures to the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School Forum at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 29. The performance will be presented by the Norway Memorial Library as part of its Summer Reading Program.

Co-hosted by the LOOK (Learning Opportunities for Our Kids) program, the performance is for children age 3 and older, with their parents or caregivers.

Dana, of North Hampton, N.H., has been creating puppets and telling stories for more than two decades. Her puppets range in size from a foot long to nearly six feet tall and include hand puppets, marionettes, and creatures that must be worn. Her stories are a mixture of original tales and adapted classics.

Admission to the show is free, but a ticket is required to enter. Tickets may be picked up in the Children’s Room at Norway Memorial Library or reserved for pick up at the door by calling 743-5308.

Norway Memorial Library is located at 258 Main St. and Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School is at 256 Main St., South Paris.
