NORWAY – The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital will publish its catalog of fall health education classes at the end of August.

Included will be classes on topics such as baking with whole grains, quick and healthy lunches, common foot problems, pre-diabetes, walking and movement programs for seniors, as well as childhood vaccinations and managing adult asthma. Many of the classes are free.

To receive a copy of the class catalog, call toll-free at 866-609-5183 to get on the mailing list or e-mail list. Print copies will be available at the resource center by Sept. 1. The Learning Resource Center at SMH is located on the first floor of the Ripley Medical Office Building and is open to the public Monday through Friday to provide quality health information materials for people making medical decisions and healthy lifestyle choices.
