LISBON — A Harpswell woman was injured in a two-car collision on Route 196 Friday morning.

Lisbon police officer Jeff Picard identified her as Karlotta Whidden, 75. She was taken to Parkview Hospital in Brunswick. A nursing supervisor said she was not a patient there Friday night.

Officer Picard said Whidden pulled out of Benoit’s Farm Stand onto Route 196 into the path of a vehicle driven by Jay Levesque, 39, also of Harpswell.

Damage was estimated at $5,000 to Whidden’s 2003 Volvo station wagon and at $2,500 to Levesque’s 2001 Ford Taurus in the 10:38 a.m. crash.
