LEWISTON – Sparetime Recreation will hold registration for its youth bowling program the next two Saturdays. August 21 registration will run from 10 a.m. to noon. August 28 sign-ups are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Registration fee is $17, and there is a weekly fee of $10 to bowl. This pays for lineage and puts money towards the prize fund and end of the year banquet.

Divisions are: Bumper Buddies, ages 3-6 (individual competition); Minors, ages 7-12 (four-person teams); and Majors, ages 13—19 (five-person teams). Ages are determined as of August 1.

The league starts Sept. 11 and runs for 28 weeks. Bowling is held every Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at Sparetime. Students are encouraged to come join the fun, make new friends and learn to bowl.
