WATERVILLE — Kristin Wanda Linscott, 15, died peacefully at home early Friday morning, Aug. 27, following a long battle with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome.

Kristin’s greatest love of her life was that of her parents, Ralph Linscott and June Meservier Linscott, and her younger sister, Alison Linscott.

Born in Waterville on Dec. 16, 1994, she was an entry sophomore at Waterville High School. Kristin had a loving heart and a contagious smile and laughter. She touched the hearts of all those beautiful people involved in her care as well as that of her family and friends.

Besides her parents and sister, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Jean Paul and Doris Lavoie Meservier of Lewiston; paternal grandparents, Robert and Irmgard Linscott of North Waterboro; maternal uncles, Patrick Meservier and wife, Dori, of Harrison, Michael Meservier and wife, Sue, of Turner, Tim Meservier and friend, Debbie Sundeen, of Poland, and Nick Meservier of Lewiston; paternal uncle, Jeff Linscott and wife, Kimberly, of Buxton; and paternal aunts, Doris Garcia of Tennessee, Vernonica Johnson of Texas, and Augustina Granfors of Texas; and numerous cousins, great-aunts and uncles.

She will be sorely missed by all those who loved her dearly.
