The GOP continues to amaze me. I thought it had scraped the bottom of the barrel when party officials dredged up old dubya, but no, they have more surprises. This time in Maine: Jason Levesque, who is challenging Mike Michaud.

That wonder of wonders would like the people of Maine to send him to Washington to be our new lawmaker, but the kicker is he plans to make laws for others to follow, not himself. He has numerous driving violations but, as he said, “he is only human.”

It’s a good thing there are the … what? … un-humans who are law-abiding citizens using defensive driving and watching out for him on the roads.

He should drop to his knees and thank those who have cleared a path for him to reach his destinations safely.
