* Jeremiah Johnson, 26, Athens, driving under the influence, Nov. 5, $2,000 unsecured bail, court appearance Jan. 20, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

* Steven W. Taylor, 38, Weld, violating condition of release-driving after suspension-habitual offender, Nov. 7, no bail listed, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

* Joann Demorro, 45, Farmington, driving under the influence, Nov. 7, $3,000 unsecured, court appearance Dec. 15,  Farmington Police Department.
