EAST DIXFIELD — Mystic Valley Grange, Route 2, will have a sale of holiday decorations, gifts and food from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3, at the hall. Crafters are welcome. For information, call Hazel at 645-2423.

Church luncheon

FARMINGTON — Old South First Congregational Church will serve its monthly free community luncheon from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11. The menu includes roast loin of pork, mashed sweet potatoes, apple sauce, green beans and cake.

TURNER —SAD 52 Adult and Community Education will hold a one-night class on Monday, Dec. 6, to make Victorian holiday ornaments and several tree ornaments.

“Meeting Your Guardian Angel” is set for Wednesday, Dec. 8. Learn to connect with guardian angels and receive their assistance. Bring a beach chair or mat, pillow and blanket.

“Normal Stages of Child Development” will be hold on Thursday, Dec. 9. Learn about the normal stages of development and the building blocks of healthy development that help young children grow up healthy, caring and responsible.
