AUBURN — Funeral services honoring the life of Ronald “Jay Jay” Raubeson were held Wednesday from the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham & Son with Pastor David Garnett presiding. The service began with the song,”Old Rugged Cross” followed by words of remembrance by Jay Jay’s caregiver, Norm Lizotte of Murphy Homes, as well as care giver, Holly Bricker who read the poem, “The Journey’s Just Begun.” Also sharing words of remebrance were Jay Jay’s niece, Raquel Dillingham and Jay Jay’s two brothers, Roland and Richard Raubeson. The service ended with the song, “Amazing Grace.” Burial will be private in the family plot at Gracelawn Memorial Park. At the conclusion of services all were invited to a reception of fellowship at DaVinci’s Restaurant in Lewiston.
