LEWISTON — The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing at Central Maine Medical Center is offering a free spiritual workshop for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. “Connecting with the Spirit Within” will take place Monday, Feb. 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at CMMC, 12 High St., conference room I.

Presenter Marcy Covey will discuss how to beat the winter blues and show you how to revitalize and connect your spirit through gentle movement, breathing, poetry and music.

The workshop is part of the ongoing “Growing Through Cancer: Your Personal Toolkit” series.
