LIVERMORE — Residents of Livermore and Livermore Falls with children who will be age 5 on or before Oct. 15 are asked to set up an appointment to register their child to start school in the fall.

To make an appointment, call Livermore Elementary secretary at 897-3355 or stop by the school office any time prior to Friday, April 15. A registration packet is available for hose wishing to complete part of the process prior to registration day.

If a child is already enrolled in the 4-year-old program, registration is not necessary.

The registration process includes three major parts: gathering student identification information, a brief interaction between the child and a kindergarten teacher; and a review of the child’s medical history. The process takes 15 t 20 minutes.

Bring the child’s official birth certificate, social security card and immunization record.
