Holy Week

RUMFORD — The Rumford United Methodist Church will have the following services during Holy Week, April 21, 22 and 24. On April 21 they will join with the Mexico Congregational Church for a 7 p.m. Maundy Thursday service at the Green Church on Main Street in Mexico. On Good Friday, April 22, there will be a combined service at the Rumford United Methodist Church on Linnell Street at 7. On Easter Sunday the Methodist Church will have Adult Bible Study at 9:30 and the sanctuary service at 11. The public is invited. For more informaton, contact Pastor Carol Stevens at 364-8703.

ATV Riders clean-up

RUMFORD — The Roxbury ATV Riders are asking that everyone please respect signs telling you that the trails are closed for mud season until May 15. Without landowners’ generosity, there would be no trails to ride. The club will be getting trails ready for riding as soon as it is dry enough.

The Riders will hold a roadside clean-up on Saturday, April 23, meeting at Mike Worthley’s at 8 a.m. for Roxbury roads. They will meet at 8 a.m. on Sunday, April 30, at Andover Town Hall for the Andover roads.

An ATV safety course will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, at the Roxbury Town Office. Contact Roland Patneaude at 562-0949. Children between ages 10 and 16 must take this course to ride on any trails.

Grace Baptist

DIXFIELD — Grace Baptist Church, 1308 Canton Point Road, will hold a Resurrection Sunday Sunrise Service at 5:30 a.m. on April 24 with breakfast to follow. The Resurrection Sunday Service will be held at 10:45 a.m. Everyone is welcome.
