LEWISTON — “Techniques for letting go of stress” will be the topic of a presentation set for the Thursday, April 21 meeting of the Central and Western Maine ICD Support Group. Guest speaker for the event will be wellness educator Marcy Covey, owner of Dragonfly Healing Touch, a Thai Yoga Bodywork studio in Poland. The meeting will be held from 2:30to 4 p.m. in the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute first-floor conference room.

The Central and Western Maine ICD Support Group is for individuals who have an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator. Family members and other support persons are also welcomed to attend.

The program is being offered free of charge.
