FARMINGTON — Franklin County Animal Shelter’s pet of the week is Eleanor, a senior cat looking for her forever home. She is around 10 years old and is a spayed female. She knows her manners and tends to enjoy the simple things in life. She loves to lounge and also enjoys all the attention that she can get.
The shelter would love to find a wonderful home for Eleanor and has waived her adoption fee. They will include a care package, too.
New dogs at the shelter include a male boxer mix found in Livermore Falls.
The shelter is located at 550 Industry Road and can be contacted at 778-2638.
To help the shelter during the month of April, spend $40 at Food City in Wilton, mention Franklin County Animal Shelter and a portion of the sale will be donated.
