LEWISTON — Oxford Networks announces the promotion of Shawn Martin to CLEC central office supervisor.

Martin is responsible for supervising department employees, maintaining efficient work flow and scheduling. He previously served as a central office technician at Oxford Networks and has been employed with the company for 11 years.

Martin lives with his wife and two children in Turner.
