MEXICOThe University College at Rumford/ Mexico announced its 32 graduates who will receive their degrees or certificates this spring.

“Many of our students are first generation college students,” a statement from the college said. Many are career changers, and all of them are determined to be successful in college and beyond, the release said.

The graduation ceremony and dinner will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 21, at the Rumford Eagles Hall. The commencement speaker will be Amy Line, instructor in Human Services for the University of Maine at Augusta.

The graduates and their degrees or certificates who attended the college in Mexico or who attended one of the ITV sites are:

Certificate of dental assisting: Courtney Knox,  Peru.
