Rinck

NORTH YARMOUTH — The wedding of Mariah Cathleen Cassidy and Calvin O. Rinck was held at 2 p.m. on Aug. 28 at Sacred Heart Church in North Yarmouth. Deacon Dennis Popadak officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Rinck is the daughter of Jim and Rita Cassidy of Turner. Mr. Rinck is the son of Peter Rinck of Buckfield and Mary Lawrence of Limington.

The bride wore a champagne colored strapless gown with lace bodice and matching lace scallop hem. She carried a bouquet of assorted flowers grown by family members.

Sarah Irish, sister of the bridegroom, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Downing, sister of the bridegroom, Becky Franks-Cassidy, sister-in-law of the bride, and Taylor Vahidy and Jennie Whitaker, friends of the bride. Isabella Rinck, sister, Marla Tanous, cousin, Nevaeh Poulin, friend, and Devin Franks-Cassidy, niece, were flower girls.

Serving as best man was Jacob Irish, brother of the bridegroom. Ushers were Sean Cassidy, Liam Cassidy and Brendan Cassidy, brothers of the bride, Haid Tanous, cousin of the bridegroom, and Isaiah Davis, uncle of the bridegroom. Eamon Franks-Cassidy, nephew, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Barn on Walnut Hill, after which the couple traveled to Las Vegas and Cancun, Mexico. They are residing in Turner.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of Bentley University with a degree in marketing. She is employed as an account executive and social media manager at Rinck Advertising.

The bridegroom is a 2007 graduate of Massachusetts Maritime with a degree in international business. He is employed as marketing director at the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council.
