LEWISTON — A Mass of Chrisitan Burial was celebrated Wednesday at The Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul for Maurice Daigle. Monsignor Marc. B. Caron officiated and Deacon Irenee Richard recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. The flag bearer was Audrey Heutz. The readings and prayer of the faithful were proclaimed by Dan Viens, Audrey Heutz and Marc Lee. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Audrey Heutz, Anya Lee, Isa Lee and Reed Heutz. Words of remembrances were shared by Sandra Heutz-Lee. Military Honors were provided by the Maine Funeral Honors Program. A reception followed at the Carriage House. The casket bearers were Steven Daigle, Tom Daigle, Sandra Heutz-Lee, John Heutz, Daniel Heutz and Kenneth Paradis.
