* Donald Otis Hebert IV, 46, of 70 Googin St., Lewiston, on a charge of failure to register a vehicle, 2:16 a.m. Thursday at 848 Minot Ave.

Accidents

Lewiston

* A vehicle driven by Aden T. Noor, 48, of Lewiston backed into a car parked by Todd A. MacWhinnie, 40, of Lewiston at 7:54 p.m. Wednesday on Bates Street. Damage to the 2001 Chevrolet driven by Noor and owned by Mumin A. Ibrahim of Lewiston was reported as minor. Damage to the 2011 Ford driven by MacWhinnie and owned by the city of Lewiston was considered functional.
