FARMINGTON — Franklin County deputies arrested three more men in a case involving stolen automobile parts from a Temple property, Franklin County Sheriff’s Lt. Niles Yeaton said Friday.

Deputy Sandy Burke arrested Roger A. Bailey, 25, of Jay, on Friday on a felony charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. He arrested Roy Gordon, 40, of Farmington and Scott Kidder, 31, of Wilton on Saturday on the same charges, Yeaton said.

Burke previously charged Charles N. Rogers, 53, Victor Oliver, 27, and Gordon Webber, 20, all of Farmington, on one theft charge each last week.

A Temple man, after talking with a deputy a couple of weeks ago, set up a camera which recorded four men taking parts from his property, Yeaton said. Deputies executed a search warrant on Rogers’ property on Clover Mills Road in Farmington and recovered stolen property, he said.

Bailey was released from the Franklin County jail on Friday on $3,000 unsecured bail. Oliver, Webber and Kidder were scheduled to appear in court Monday afternoon in Lewiston.

Rogers, arrested Thursday, was released on $2,000 unsecured bail the same day.
