OXFORD — John Hatch of Oxford is pleased to announce the engagement of his daughter, Jennifer Lee Hatch, to Bryan Toothaker of Waterford, son of Brian and Coleen Toothaker of Waterford. Miss Hatch is also the daughter of the late Debbie Hemond of Minot.

Mr. Toothaker and Miss Hatch are both 2006 graduates of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.

They are planning an October wedding.
