FARMINGTON — A Starks man was summoned to court Friday for allegedly assaulting a Burger King employee in the parking lot of the Wilton Road fast-food restaurant.
Andrew Sanville, 19, approached the 18-year-old employee at 9:05 p.m. Friday as the employee left work, Farmington police Chief Jack Peck said.
Sanville confronted the employee, then pushed him and punched him in the face, Peck said. Sanville was upset because he believed the young man had a relationship with his ex-fiancee, Peck said.
Sgt. Mike Adcock gave Sanville a summons for a misdemeanor charge of assault, Peck said.
