YARMOUTH — Due to Hurricane Irene, the second annual Tri-NY—North Yarmouth Family Triathlon is rescheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, starting at Wescustogo Park on Route 231 in North Yarmouth.

The family-friendly course starts with a two-mile paddle down the Royal River to Old Town House Park on Route 9, a one-mile run and a one-mile bike leg. Individuals and teams of family and friends are encouraged to participate. The cost is $15 per team, no matter the number of entrants on each team. T-shirts (limited supply) are available for $10 each.
