A pack of 659 runners race up Riverside Drive in Auburn at the start of the annual Lewiston-Auburn Bridge Run on Saturday. The run started with a children’s run across the the Bernard Lown Peace Bridge into Lewiston and back, followed by the 5-kilometer feature run. Jaron Jones of Auburn crossed the finish line first with a time of 16 minutes, 20 seconds, followed by Matthew Peters of Auburn and Thomas Esponnett, a Bates alumnus.
