WILTON — “For Bread and Books,” a program of music and poetry, will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 59 High St.
Regional musicians performing include John and Kathryn Sytsma, Francesca LeVigne and Justin Davis, Norma Rice Gould, Elecia Pillsbury and daughter Katy, Tom Deschaine, Rick McKenny, Carole Trickett, Susan Schell and Susan Jacoby. Fr. Tim Walmer will be the master of ceremonies and tell a brief story.
A reception will follow with apple pie, ice cream and beverages.
Donations are accepted at the door. Proceeds will benefit the St. Luc Trou du Nord school in Haiti and local food pantries in Wilton and Farmington.
