ANDOVER — Ian James Andrews and Lynsey Lee Brown were wed on Sept. 10 at the First Congregational Church of Andover. Pastor Jane Rich performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Lee and Patty Brown of Andover and the bridegroom is the son of Deven and Judi Andrews of Greenwood.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Casey Brown, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids include Denise Scotti McCurdy, Kate Wasilewski and the bridegroom’s sister, Kara Rowe.
Thomas Kelly was best man. Groomsmen were Kinsey Durgin, the bride’s brother, Michael Brown, Peter Poor and Joseph Reynolds.
Thomas Kelly provided an acoustic music piece, Kara Rowe read scripture and the bride’s cousin, Jill Thibodeau, read a poem. Music was provided by Cynthia Clark-Bulger.
A reception was held at the Andover Town Hall and included many special homemade details.
The bride is a graduate of Mount Ida College and works at Nassau Broadcasting.
The bridegroom is currently attending Southern Maine Community College for business administration.
The newlyweds reside in Portland.
