Plays performed

BETHEL — Senior College players of Western Mountains Senior College will present their annual performance from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, and Saturday, Dec. 3, at the McLaughllin Science Center, Trustees Auditorium, Gould Academy.

Nine serious and comic plays will be performed by a 16-member troupe directed by Lynn Arizzi. Admission is free. Donations accepted to offset royalty fees. For more information, contact Arizzi at 824-0080.

Isabella party

RUMFORD — St. Timothy Circle 504, Daughters of Isabella, will have their Christmas party at noon on Sunday, Dec. 11, at Brian’s Bistro. The cost is $15 per person.

A complete hot dinner will include hors d’oeuvres, Caesar salad or house, choice of chicken parmesan, seafood sampler or roast beef, choice of Italian lemon cake or blueberry cobbler.

A definite reply must be received by Dec. 5.

Committee members are chairpersons Marie Boudreau and Rita Thorne, Kelly Beauchesne, Doris Bourret, Dorothy Cayer, Deborah Laurinaites, Sharon Rickard and Noella Taylor.

Class of 1959

RUMFORD — The Mexico High School Class of 1959 is invited to meet at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, at the Route 2 Diner.

Class of 1956

MEXICO — The Stephens High School Class of 1956 will meet for lunch at noon Tuesday, Dec. 6, at the Chicken Coop.

Trailblazers meet

MEXICO — The Mexico Trailblazers Snowmobile Club will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, downstairs at the Mexico Town Hall. The group meets the first and third Wednesday of every month.

Red Hat Mommas

RUMFORD — Thirty Red Hat Mommas of Western Maine attended the Nov. 9 meeting at Brian’s Bistro. A little excerpt was read and a quiz game was played. There were no birthdays to celebrate.
