Coach: Chris Carpentier (first year)
Last year’s record: Boys: 9th at Class B states; Girls: 8th at Class B states.
Returning skiers: Boys: Senior — Jeremy McGrath-Holmquist; Girls — Sophomore — Audrey Garcia.
Key losses: None listed.
Promising newcomers: Boys: Juniors — Paul Phillips, Ian Marshal; Girls: Freshman — Caitlin Holmquist.
Outlook: Faced with a tough meet schedule as usual in the highly-competitive Western Maine Conference, the Patriots will again look to fight off the competition and finish strong at the state meets. A new coach and a small handful of new skiers will help inject some new enthusiasm into the squad.
Coach’s comment: “We are going to take it meet to meet and push each other as hard as we can. I look forward to the challenges this season may hold and watch this team come together.” — Coach Chris Carpentier
