Elizabeth Dunn, a fourth-grade teacher at St. Dominic Academy, center, gives last-minute instructions to Joseph, played by Andrew Lewis, 10, left, during a dress rehearsal of the Christmas story on Friday. The pageant, which tells the story of the birth of Jesus through song and narration, will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, at the Auburn campus. Participating will be 100 K-6 students. Kindergartners will be singers; first-graders, shepherds; second-graders, townspeople; third-graders, angels; and students in grades four to six, narrators and characters. Principal Don Fournier said the pageant is free and the public is welcome. A full story of the pageant will be in the Sun Journal on Dec. 24.
