AUBURN — Susan Thompson, 55, of Fryeburg, passed away after a long struggle with diabetes and kidney failure Dec. 20, at the Androscoggin Hospice House.
She was born Jan. 26, 1956, in Lewiston, to Carl Alden Pulsifer and Jeanne Philipon Pulsifer.
Susan was able to bring the landscape to life with a paintbrush and paint, her artwork will be forever cherished by her family. She was most passionate about spending time with her grandchildren, Corbin and Camden Blake of Lovell.
Susan was an excellent cook, having spent many hours working in kitchens and restaurants in Western Maine.
She is survived by her daughter and best friend, Angie Blake; her husband, Joel; two grandsons, Corbin and Camden of Lovell; a sister, Heidi Brown of Auburn and her three children, Hali, David and Brian; a sister, Laura Roy; and a brother, John Pulsifer.
