* Christopher J. Huard, 35, of Rumford, Jan. 18, domestic violence assault and violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.

* Joshua E. Campbell, 30, of New Gloucester, Jan. 19, theft, criminal trespass and violation of bail condition, Paris Police Department.

* David A. Marshall, 26, of Lowell, Mass., Jan. 20, failure to appear for theft by unauthorized taking, $2,500 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.
