Affordable health care
STRONG — The Strong Area Health Center invites the public to stop by on Tuesday, Jan. 31, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. for an Affordable Care Day. The center provides medical and dental care to people of all ages, offers discounts based on family size and income and links people to other services.
Licensed social worker Crystal Fitch will be on hand to help people identify lower cost programs and fill out applications. Snacks will be available and a drawing will be held for giveaways.

Strong Area Health Center is one of the 11 practices of HealthReach Community Health Centers, a system of 11 federally qualified health centers in central and western Maine. A private, nonprofit organization with a 36-year history, HealthReach is funded by patient fees, grants and individual donations.
Public breakfast
RANGELEY — The next ladies/community breakfast with everyone invited will be from 7 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, at Moosely Bagels on Main Street.
