LEWISTON — Shelley E. Sampson, 59, of Canton and Mechanic Falls, went home to dance with her parents, on Feb. 11, with many loved ones holding, loving and making sure her journey was very peaceful.

Shelley was born Oct.16, 1952, the “middle child” of Harry and Lucille (Thibodeau) Sampson. My sister spent her life much like our Dad did. She loved the outdoors and swimming in HER pool. She was a wonderful mom, sister, aunt, gramma and “person” to so many. She would do anything she could for her two sons Jason Beaucage and his wife, Christina and her three grandsons, Jason, Brian and Jesse, all of Canton and Jim Beaucage of Lewiston.

She leaves behind many sad hearts, her “person,” Ace Beaudet of Canton, her service dog, Mollie Mae, her two sisters, Jean Fogues of Lewiston and Karen (Ron) Turcotte of Mechanic Falls, where their home was her home; many nieces and nephews; and a very special nephew, Ryan Turcotte, and all his friends were her nieces and nephews as well. She helped everyone with her calm sole.

Her son Jim, has these words … “life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the ones that take them away.”

She was predeceased by her dad and mom; her brother, Scott L Sampson; and her very special dog, Wicket.
