SOUTH PARIS — Elizabeth J. Prince, 86, of South Paris passed away on Thursday, March 29, at Market Square Health Care Center.
She was born in Mechanic Falls, Jan. 31, 1926, to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Jordan.
She married Maurice Prince, who predeceased her, and they had a child, Jimmy, who passed away when he was 4 months old.
Throughout her life, Elizabeth lived in Auburn, Mechanic Falls and the Oxford Hills area. She worked as a waitress, mill worker, key punch operator and at Market Square Health Care Center as a CNA.
She loved animals, working out in her gardens, writing poetry, playing the piano and reading her magazines. She was a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her caring friends, Kathy and Dennis Ayotte.
