The Woman’s Literary Union will meet at the clubhouse, 19 Elm St., Auburn, at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 12. The program will be presented by member Marilyn Wilkinson. She will take the group back in time to the 1840s through the early 1900s, with a fashion show featuring “Styles from Auntie’s trunks.” Models will wear dresses that were used by ladies attending special social occasions. Other items being shown include hats, capes and muffs. Melanie Ness is in charge of hospitality. Refreshments will be served and the public is welcome. Wilkinson looks over ladies millinery that will be shown at the program.
