FARMINGTON — Police gave four teenagers trespass warnings early Saturday after a manager from McDonald’s on Main Street called to report damage to the men’s room, Police Department secretary Rachel Heseltine said Monday.
A call came in at 3 a.m. that four people had torn a partition between bathroom stalls off the wall, she said, reading from officer William Tanner’s report.
Tanner gave a written trespass warning to Richard Armstrong, 18, of Farmington, Devin Meader, 18, of Farmington Falls, Shawn Keach, 19, of Chesterville and a 17-year-old Vienna boy, Heseltine said.
The boys were not charged and made arrangements with McDonald’s staff to pay for the damage. If they don’t, then they will face criminal charges, she said.
