FARMINGTON — Marilyn (Mary) Waite has joined Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty, 602 Wilton Road, Farmington, as a real estate sales agent. She will offer a full range of agency services for buyers and sellers.

Waite has been a local resident for the past 37 years and raised her family here. Prior to affiliating with Sandy River Realty, Waite worked for Community Concepts as a volunteer driver. Previously, she had been a customer service representative for Community Concepts in Farmington for eight years. She has also been a respite worker for special needs children and enjoyed working with the families. She is a 1975 graduate of Mt. Blue High School in Farmington.
