WALES — Gerard and Celine Duchette are proud to announce the engagement of their youngest, Patrick Duchette, to Gabrielle Silva, daughter of Joseph Silva of Concord,  Mass., and Robin Silva of Portland.

Mr. Duchette graduated from Oak Hill High School in 2004, before receiving his bachelor’s degree in economics and government and legal studies from Bowdoin College. He is currently employed as an insurance underwriter in Andover, Mass.

Miss Silva graduated from Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton, Mass., and received her bachelor’s degree as a registered nurse from the University of Vermont, class of 2008. She is currently working as a nurse in Winchester, Mass.

The wedding will be held in South Berwick this September.
