* John Edward Nutter, 38, of 154 Pine St., domestic violence assault (with priors) and a probation hold, 12:50 a.m. Sunday at that address.

* Melissa Marie Cutler, 31, of 259 Park St. No. 5, warrant for unpaid fines and fees on a charge of operating after suspension and violating condition of release, 2 a.m. Monday at that address.

* Roger Greene, 44, of 3 Middle St., Lisbon Falls, domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening, 8:36 p.m. Sunday at that address, Lisbon Police Department.

* Brooke Letarte, 31, of 4 Woodland Road, Mechanic Falls, probation violation, 9:42 a.m. Monday on Canal Street in Lewiston, Parole and Probation.

Auburn

* Vehicle driven by Rusty D. Swift, 32, of Belgrade Lakes, went off the road and hit a utility pole at 5:06 a.m. Saturday on Center Street. Swift’s 2000 Chevrolet was towed due to disabling damage. Alcohol is listed as a possible factor and police are awaiting test results.

* Vehicles driven by Peter J. Castonguay, 48, of Wayne, and Omar A. Osman, 30, of Auburn, collided at 7:43 p.m. Saturday on Center Street. Functional damage listed to Castonguay’s 2008 Pontiac, and no damage listed for Osman’s 2010 Nissan.

Lewiston

* Vehicles driven by Robert O. Gauvin, 77, and Justin J. Binette, 22, both of Lewiston collided at 5:43 p.m. July 4 on Sabattus Street. Functional damage listed for both Gauvin’s 2002 GMC pickup truck and Binette’s 2007 Toyota.

* Vehicles driven by James Deschaine, 58, of Lewiston, and Arielle T. Blanchard, 21, of Raymond, collided at 12:11 p.m. Friday on Cedar Street. Functional damage listed for both Deschaine’s 2007 Hyundai and the 2009 Subaru driven by Blanchard and owned by Keith L. Blanchard, of Raymond.

* Vehicles driven by Inocencio Diaz, 48, and Christopher E. Tessier, 43, both of Lewiston, collided at 6:48 p.m. Saturday on Main Street. Both Diaz’s 2011 Chevrolet and Tessier’s 1996 Mercury were towed due to disabling damage.

* Vehicle driven by Garner L. Lavalley, 24, of Auburn, drove off the road, through a field, over an embankment and came to rest on a low wooden wall surrounding a garden at 4:09 p.m. Sunday on Webster Street. Lavalley’s 2000 Dodge was towed due to disabling damage.
