AUBURN — The next meeting of the First Auburn Seniors will be at the Hasty Community Center at 48 Pettengill Park Road on Wednesday, Aug. 1. The board of directors will meet at 10 a.m. and President Don Nason will conduct the regular meeting at 11 a.m.

There will be the monthly raffle and tickets will be on sale for the Tot Lot Picnic on Wednesday, Aug. 15. Cost is $5. Bingo to follow a bag lunch.

Fifty-seven members attended the meeting on July 18. Attendance winners were Buzz Edwards and Rita Gagnon. Pot of Gold winners were Phyllis Latlippe, Gerry Brushwein and George Brainerd. The Charles A. Morse Award went to Andre and Alta Giasson. Special drawings were won by Helen McGuire, Lennie Godbout and Barbara Hinkley. Yearly drawings were won by Normand Poulin, June Bowman, Millie Brainerd and Alta Giasson.

George Roy was welcomed as a new member.
