RUMFORD — Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Sept. 4 in 11th District Court:
* Brandon Milligan, 19, Rumford, operating under the influence, 7:20 a.m. July 31 on Spruce Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 6 in 11th District Court.
* James Heikkinen, 51, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 11:05 p.m. July 29 on Knox Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.
* Timothy Lecours, 47, Rumford, operating under the influence, 2:15 a.m. July 29 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.
