On Friday, Sept. 28, Lyceum Gallery will hold an opening reception for its exhibit “Lava Flows,” featuring 26 images of volcanic eruptions taken by Meg Weston on her world travels. Weston is past president of Konica Quality Photo East, past president of the Portland Press Herald and Maine Sunday Telegram, and CEO of Printlife, an Israeli digital imaging company that introduced photobooks in the United States and Japanese markets in 2000-2001. The reception for “Lava Flows,” on view through Oct. 26, will be from 5 to 7 pm. Lyceum Gallery is at 49 Lisbon St., Lewiston. Hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, or by appointment by calling 576-4805.
