An Alumni Football Golf Tournament for Lewiston and Edward Little football alumni is being held on Friday, Oct. 26th.

Proceeds from the event will raise awareness and funds for each school’s football programs. It is also intended to bring back players who once competed on the gridiron as rivals to work together for a common cause.

The tournament will be held at Prospect Hill Golf Course in New Auburn. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. Tee time is 9:30 a.m.

Teams must consist of two EL alumni and two Lewiston alumni. Anyone without a pair from the other school will be matched-up with one at the event.

Each twosome will play a best ball scramble. The foursome will also keep a score card with either team’s best score for that hole. Prizes will be awarded for the lowest gross among twosomes from each school, the combined low and high gross among foursomes, longest drive, closest to the pin and fairway accuracy.
