AUBURN — A memorial Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Jeannine Roy was celebrated by the Rev. Richard McLaughlin at Sacred Heart Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish. During Mass, Jeannine’s granddaughters, Lilah, Lauren, Ava and Grace Roy brought the offertory gifts to the altar. Delegations of current and former employees of Roy’s All Steak Hamburgers were in attendance. At the conclusion of Mass, words of remembrance were shared by Jeannine’s close friend, Debra Richardson.
