* Danny Bates, 50, Patten,  six warrants, Nov. 11, no bail listed, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

* Rebecca Haines, 33, Strong, violation of condition of release, Nov. 11, $100 cash bail, court appearance Dec. 20, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

* Matthew Marshall, 25, Wilton, driving under the influence, Nov. 11, no bail listed, Wilton Police Department.
