Coach: Scott Graffam (14th year)

Last year’s record: 5-13

Returning players: Seniors — Jordan Croteau (6-0 forward), Ryan Godin (6-0 guard), Kenny Lynch (5-11 guard), Jake Plummer (6-2 forward), John Frechette (6-2 guard/forward); Junior — Matt Beauchesne (5-7 point guard).

Key losses: Josh MacDonald (6-3 center), Deric Hanscom (6-1 forward), Brian Lynch (6-0 guard), Alex Ferguson (6-0 guard), Brandon Campbell (6-3 center), Mike MacDonald (6-1 guard), Nick Record (6-0 guard), Tyler Brown (5-8 guard).

Promising newcomers: Juniors — Luke Davidson (6-3 center), Dalton Rice (6-2 guard), Riley Chickering (5-11 guard), Caleb Fillebrown (6-1 guard/forward), Adam Kenney (5-6 guard), Ben Morton (6-0 guard); Freshman — Andrew Fleming (6-3 guard/forward).

Outlook: Oxford Hills graduated eight seniors, but Graffam expects the team to be stronger overall. The Vikings’ quickness should pay dividends. Beauchesne is an outstanding leader at the point. There isn’t a great deal of size, but Croteau and Godin provide some football toughness on the boards.

Coach’s comment: “We should much improved from a year ago. We will look to create points from turnovers and fast break.” — Coach Scott Graffam
